Member Spotlight: April Bogle

April Bogle is a Nashville-based registered nurse, nervous system guide, and founder of Ohm Academy of Healing. She spent more than three decades in Western medicine, including 26 years in emergency and trauma care, where she served as a Level 1 trauma flight nurse on fixed wing transport, a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner, an ED charge nurse, and a Chest Pain and Stroke Coordinator. She is a Board Certified Emergency Nurse and built Tennessee's first Joint Commission certified chest pain program. Since 2017 she has also consulted with hospitals and healthcare startups on program development, and has run Timeless RN, a wellness center focused on personalized care and PRP therapy.

Ohm Academy of Healing, which she launched in 2025, grew out of both halves of her career: the years spent keeping trauma teams steady and the decade since spent learning to hold that same space from a regulated body rather than a braced one. Her curriculum, The Regulated Field, teaches nervous system regulation as a physiological skill grounded in allostasis, interoception, predictive processing, heart rate variability, and neuroplasticity.

The Academy offers eight week live cohorts, one on one sessions, psychedelic integration and ceremony support, equine assisted work with horses at liberty, practitioner training, and sessions on the Hydroacoustic Sound Bed she invented and patented, housed at Bask Retreat Center. She also hosts a free weekly Integration Circle at Music City Work Club and runs The Ones Who Hold, a regulation circle for nurses.

She holds certifications in complementary and integrative health, somatic breathwork facilitation, Kambo facilitation, sound and biofield therapy, and psychedelic integration, and studied at Western Governors University.

We are proud to have April Bogle as part of the Music City Work Club community.
