About
The Journey
In 1994, Robert's entrepreneurial journey began with a trunk full of phones and a vision. By 1998, he founded Absolute Wireless, selling cell phones to businesses. The venture expanded into retail in 2000, growing to 10 locations.
In 2015, everything changed when he implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Absolute Wireless grew from 10 to 78 locations in just three years — achieving over $100 million in sales and earning recognition as Middle Tennessee's fastest-growing company for two consecutive years.
Robert also launched CallProof, a SaaS platform empowering outside salespeople with CRM tools, and Hytch Rewards, a company helping organizations utilize commutes for recruitment and mentorship programs.
After selling Absolute Wireless in 2020, Robert transitioned into full-time work as an EOS Implementer, guiding entrepreneurial teams to build businesses that don't depend on the owner's constant presence.
Today, Robert co-hosts the Decision Podcast by EO Nashville, leads entrepreneurship retreats in Costa Rica and Nashville, and runs Get Unstuck! — a recurring event transforming business owners striving to reach their full potential.
