Member Spotlight: Caleb Hart

Caleb Hart, known as "The Ear," is a Nashville-based music producer, mix engineer, and live event production manager with more than 20 years in music and over a decade in live event production. Through his company C.P.H. Productions, he bridges the creative and operational sides of a show, handling everything from front of house sound and production management to live capture, livestreams, and video production for artists and events.

Originally from Alabama, Hart grew up as a kid who could hear things others couldn't, and that ear became the foundation of his career. C.P.H. stands for Consciously Producing Human, a name he describes as more than a brand: a way of being built on the belief that healing, joy, and purpose are essential frequencies we must consciously produce.

He also works as a consultant and educator, teaching artists and teams how to prepare for the stage and dismantling the idea that live sound is just plugging in cables.
