Member Spotlight: Leo Sanchez

Leonel Sanchez is the founder and CEO of Opulence Sales Management, a Nashville-based company that builds, trains, and oversees outbound sales teams for construction businesses. Opulence focuses on contractors doing under $1 million a year, installing proven sales systems built around cold calling, builder outreach, relationship building, and structured follow up, then managing the full process from first contact to signed contract and handoff to operations. Since launching, the company reports helping generate more than $5 million in closed construction projects across insulation, cabinetry, drywall, tile, and flooring. Opulence Companies also runs its own spray foam insulation and concrete contracting operations and has released Opulence Built, an estimating and operations platform for specialty subcontractors.

Sanchez's path into the trades ran through sales. After five years at Asurion in Nashville, where he was a top sales advisor for the company's Home Plus plan while supporting customers on tech and cybersecurity issues, he began consulting under Opulence Prime Consulting, generating $500K in revenue through partnerships with coaching companies and raising one team's appointment show rate from 35 to 80 percent.

In 2024 he joined JGL Spray Foam Insulation as a sales rep, was promoted to sales manager within months, and helped the company generate more than $2 million in new revenue in its first year while building relationships with over 50 active builders across Middle Tennessee. He launched Opulence Sales Management in July 2025 and has been featured on the Foam to Fortune podcast discussing sales mastery for contractors.

We are proud to have Leo Sanchez as part of the Music City Work Club community.
