Member Spotlight: Matt Mintun

One of the things we love most about Music City Work Club is getting to meet people who are building with real heart, vision, and depth, and Matt Mintun is a great example of that.

Matt is the founder of Mintun Media, and what stood out to us right away is that he is not just trying to grow a business for the sake of growth. He cares deeply about helping people live better lives, and he sees business as a vehicle to create impact for clients, his team, and their families.

In our conversation, Matt shared that he has spent years building his business, first through marketing and then by leaning more fully into development, automation, and building things he genuinely loves. He also talked openly about loss, growth, moving his family from Portland to Nashville, and what it has meant to look for community that feels aligned instead of transactional.

What stood out most to us is Matt's hunger for growth and his willingness to be uncomfortable in order to become more of who he is. He talked about wanting to surround himself with people who understand the entrepreneurial journey, people who know what it means to push, struggle, grow, and keep aiming higher. That kind of honesty, ambition, and openness is a big part of what makes this community special.

Matt also shared how meaningful it has been to find a place where relationships matter more than transactions, where connection comes first, and where people are genuinely trying to help each other win. That lines up deeply with what we are building at MCWC.
