Member Spotlight: Phil Stone
One of the things we love most about Music City Work Club is the kind of people this community attracts, and Phil Stone is a great example of that.
Phil is a therapist, coach, speaker, author, and creative who brings heart, wisdom, and energy into every room he walks into. From the first time we connected with him, we could feel that he was someone who genuinely cares about people and knows how to make others feel seen.
In our conversation, Phil shared pieces of his journey through sobriety, reinvention, therapy, coaching, and creative work. He talked about getting sober in 2019, writing his book Reinventing Me, helping teenagers, couples, and entrepreneurs navigate hard seasons, and building a new chapter here in Nashville.
What stood out most to us is that Phil is not just building a business. He is building from purpose. He cares deeply about helping people move through breakdowns, reconnect to vision, and remember they do not have to navigate life alone.
That lines up with what we are building at MCWC. We want this to be more than a place to work. We want it to be a place where people find connection, clarity, support, and momentum. Phil spoke about how this space helps fight isolation and creates real connection, and we are grateful to have him as part of this community.
We're thankful Phil Stone is part of Music City Work Club.
