Can I rent the podcast studio or attend events without a membership?

Yes. Non-members can book the HoneyPod podcast studio, attend public events, or buy a day pass. Members receive a discount on studio rates.

Teddy Kim Member Spotlight | Music City Work Club

Teddy Kim is a Nashville-based applied AI engineer and the founder of Vibe Academy, where he teaches founders and non-technical professionals to build real products with AI. He has worked in technology since 2000, starting in SaaS and PaaS startups in roles spanning developer, architect, product manager, and engineering director. Today he serves as a Principal Applied AI Engineer designing and shipping AI systems in finance, and he delivered the first production AI use cases at a Fortune 500 bank.

Kim is the creator and maintainer of Gemba Flow, a product harness for building with AI, and advises early stage health tech founders. He started Vibe Academy after growing frustrated with the gatekeeping and hand waving that surrounds AI, believing that AI fluency will decide who gets to participate in the new economy. Students describe him as a patient, detailed instructor who makes complex concepts click, especially for those without a technical background. He currently leads the Vibe Academy Product Accelerator workshop.

Originally from outside Washington, DC, Kim now calls Nashville home. Outside of work he trains Brazilian jiu-jitsu and plays guitar.
