End-to-end event management — from concept through cleanup. You'll own timelines, vendors, and execution for every MCWC event.
What you'll do
- Build and manage event timelines, run-of-show docs, and checklists
- Coordinate staffing and source vendors
- Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown
- Participate in event sales and outreach
- Track event metrics and report on performance

Community Manager

Own the member experience from first tour to long-term loyalty. Be the face, voice, and energy of MCWC on-site.
What you'll do
- Host signature events, wellness workshops, and member mixers
- Be the face, voice, and energy of MCWC on-site
- Connect members to opportunities and to each other
- Support membership sales and tours
- Share behind-the-scenes content on social
